Breakfast in our Sky Breakfast room offers a 360° panoramic view of the Merano mountains. From early morning until 11:00 AM, our buffet features a wide selection of colourful and varied options, including freshly prepared eggs from South Tyrolean farms, cooked to order in our show kitchen.
For the most discerning palates, we also offer a refined selection of à la carte dishes. Upon reservation, we are delighted to welcome external guests as well. The price is 38€ per person. If you’re looking for something truly exclusive, book our “Royal Breakfast” — available with at least 48 hours’ notice — for 75€ per person.
