We carefully select all raw materials according to seasonality, freshness and creativity. We have close relationships with small local producers and others who have been collaborating with us for years and who work according to the principle of naturalness in a sustainable and ethical manner. Every detail from the service to the table is carefully taken care of. In addition to breakfast service, light lunch and a sweet afternoon snack, we offer the casual dining Tree Brasserie and the gourmet In Viaggio-Claudio Melis Ristorante alternative and creative concepts where absolute quality is the common thread that unites them. We do not offer classic half-board, but willingly and on request for those who wish to stay with us for dinner, we offer a guided 4-course meal that varies daily.
We are open for both house guests and external guests.
