A regal breakfast in our Sky Breakfast surrounded by plants and sotics and with a wonderful view of the Merano mountains! In addition to our buffet, we serve a glass of Champagne, French toast and fruits, black truffle and caviar.

We prepare your snack to take to the mountains! A nice basket with a blanket and everything you need for your snack in the meadows. Choose your favourite package from: Green (vegetarian), Blue (fish), Red (meat). Water, Khol apple juice, half a bottle of local sparkling wine and much more.

We periodically organise wine tastings in our wine cellar with the presence of the producer who talks about his company, his wine and himself. We promote first and foremost small regional producers, but also other Italian wine makers that are more distant but work with the same philosophy. The tasting will be followed by a dinner with a 3-course menu and the paired wines.

Would you like to take home some little culinary secrets? Sign up for the cooking class with the chef. We will explore the world of fresh pasta, good broths, marinating and cooking fish, baked and spoon desserts and much more. Available on Mondays or Tuesdays by reservation only, for guests staying at the hotel and outside guests.
